Friendly crew did a great job, great communication, pretty quick considering the job and a fair price too. I needed a tranny rebuild and the truck drives way better now. While I hope I dont need transmission help again, I’ll be back if I do. Definitely would recommend. Thanks

First time trying them. My regular mechanic closed up his shop. Found In and Out by doing a google search for auto repair shops in my neighborhood. They had really good reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. Very fast and very friendly service. Very happy with the work and will call again.

I called on 7/18 to get my car on the schedule for a transmission replacement and Dakota said they would be available the week of 7/28. When I dropped it off on 7/29, Dakota said I wasn’t on the schedule and that they didn’t order the parts needed and that it would be a couple of weeks before the work could be done and the price was $800 more than the original quote. Poor customer service and lack of follow up. Will not be doing business with them again.

Great experience with my truck and having them take care of small things that needed addressed. Would recommend for anyone that needs quick and dependable service for half the cost of dealerships.
