Normally they are ok i come here because the facility is closer to me than going so far in past the community. Today I was very uncomfortable with a comment the P.A said to me . My baby normally is awoke coming in but today she was asleep for a while on the way there and sitting in the waiting room . With hurricane Dorian bearing down on us, my 2year 11 month old started to run a fever of 102. Called his pediatrician and CHKD urgent care and found them to be closing down early due to the storm, I got lucky and found this place; or so I thought. After reading over their webpage and the reviews online I decided to make an appointment online. This place, namely Dr. Downs, practices money extortion by requiring additional sugar test for DOT medical.
No stars should be a option. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to be bothered that they’re even working.
