The team was very friendly and courteous. They did a wonderful job redoing our bathrooms. They went out of their way to discuss options and ideas with us. They cleaned up each evening after work. We will use them again.
Kevin is always extremely helpful when it comes to our construction projects. He has helped with electrical work, breaking down and installing office renovation furniture, duct work, and more. When I can for construction project needs, he is there OR he helps me find the person that I need to do the job with no issue. His prices are competitive. I have nothing but positive things to say about the in and out construction team.
They were hired to do work at my condo. My concrete patio is absolute crap and looks horrible. Rough edges. Brushing didn't stay because the concrete was too wet and they put too much accelerant in it so now it has dark gray splotches all over it. When they did another job the same month or so. They did the front patio and got concrete on my vehicle. They don't seem to be very good at addressing issues. Photo button will not take me to my gallery. I will try to figure out how to add them.
Worst experience ever. Hired them to do our roof, Never pulled a permit and did a horrible job. Owner Kevin is not professional and doesn't stand by his words .
