Fraudulent!!! Buyer BEWARE!! No matter what Troy Essink, owner of In and Out Auto tells you DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. He is nothing but a lowlife, sleaze ball. I warn you to stay away from this a-hole. If you decide to buy from him anyway, whatever he tells you about a vehicle get it IN WRITING before you sign that sales contract, no matter how insignificant you think it might be. Completely dishonest, unprofessional business This is a horrible, dishonest company to do business with. Purchased a vehicle on Saturday and started having transmission problems on Monday. Was told that it was not their problem and that they had no idea what happened with the vehicle after we left the lot. Didn t even put 200 miles on it. Independent mechanic said transmission was bad for a while and any mechanic who took high school automotive would have caught the problem. Great Place I liked In & Out auto, they were very nice and I got a great deal, even my banker said so. The car is really nice and I am getting great gas millage. They had several cars I like there and I am happy with the way they treated me and my family. Definitely would buy there again.
Go elsewhere! Agree with previous reviewer. Very shady. Picked out a car that seemed like a good kid car, but wasn't sure if we really wanted it. Salesman kept pushing us to come in and sign papers. When we asked if we could test drive the car, he said no. No test drives. You can drive it when you take it off the lot. Seriously! He said that! He informed us we either like the car and buy it or we don't. We informed him then we won't and left. Very weird.
Do not go to this dealer. Very shady avoid this dealership. They chased us off the lot when we said we were going to keep looking. My wife was scared by the language they were using and would never consider doing businee with them.
