The appointment that I had with the chiropractic and massage clinic went VERY well. The only issue that I had with the clinic was and is a small one. Their location is so far west that the Fayetteville Ozark Regional Transit doesn't travel out that far. I needed to find a mode of transportation there and back from apartment because I do not own a vehicle, but like I said, it's a very small issue. My appointment did go VERY well.
Dr Kradel is great. Highly recommended him as a doctor. The lady who answered the phone was rude, non-sympathetic, and ended up hanging up on me before I was done talking. I never raised my voice or was angry but she was done answering my questions. So hurtful to be treated that way when you’re dealing with medical issues. Hate to give a bad review because I like the doctor and nurses when I’ve seen them in the past. But the lady answering the phone should not be working in the medical field
I absolutely love Dr.Kradel and all the nurses and staff!! They never make you feel like just another patient, they genuinely care. Absolute best clinic.
