Bought an Imusa pot that badly damaged my stove top on the very first use. It melted a part of the glass stove top and the glass adhered to the bottom of the pan. I was able to reach them by email, and they asked me to send them the pot and they would send me an upgraded replacement. I got the "replacement" today. I think they thought that if they sent me a bunch of small kitchen items (like wooden spoons and a cutting board) that I wouldn't notice that the pot they sent me, which was not even similar to the one I purchased,... read more
