These people are very unprofessional. I came to pick up immunization records for my kids that I ordered the day before and I was specifically told that it would be ready for pick up on Friday at 4 PM upon arrival at 3:50 PM. They were closed when I called. They told me there’s nothing they can do and that they are sorry for the inconvenience.
