Never have any problems and been a patient there for at least 20 years
They don't look professional at the phone! I have asked about a basic physical exam and they told me it was $30, and after they asked me about "How many pages?" I said one page, and them they increased to $50... no way I am coming!!!
I waited over an hour for blood work. When I went to the desk to tell them, they told me I was next. 2 people went in before me for blood work. I walked out. I hear now they won't prescribe certain meds. The drug store had to tell me, the Doctors office didn't have the decency to call and tell me. Now the withdrawal come or I need to get another primary doctor.
I'm shaking from the phone call I just had with the disgusting woman at the office on Lyons and the Sawgrass. The woman yelled at me and gave me horrible attitude. I called in requesting an explanation of a bill and she didn't even ask for my information, she just jumped down my throat, stating that I didn't owe them money I owed the lab, and it wasn't there problem. Offer online appointment scheduling...but don't honor the time listed as available. Offered to accommodate me 5 hours later. With another wait. Dr's don't listen to patients. Edit: I saw a different doctor last visit (even though I had to wait 2 hours to do so). He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable when I left that my issue would be resolved.
