Verified Renter Its not worth the trouble, the service is always an issue. They never respond to your service request. For the service no one comes, and even when the issue is registered, its assigned to a person for ages and no one shoes up. Tts not solved at all. Just because we are not home, we never know if the service is actually done.

Expect zero respect for your time This has been the most absurd and frustrating experience I’ve had with any property management or maintenance team. My request to replace a ceiling fan has now been open for 230 days. Yes, 230 days for a fan. In that time, four different technicians have visited my home. One star I’ve been living here for a year, and I cannot wait for my lease to be up in June. This place is a mess. Just yesterday, some people were cleaning the hallways, and they completely flooded my front door. Thankfully, I had a floor mat to soak up some of the water, but it was still a disaster—I even had to use extra kitchen tissues to absorb the excess. Absolutely careless and inconsiderate.
