i wish i could give them less than one star. imt as a whole was atrocious to deal with but the property manager harrison is exceptionally awful. they rented us a property covered in mold and infested with bugs. we needed to pay out of pocket to protect our belongings and i have written confirmation from harrison at imt saying i would be reimbursed for the hundreds i had to spend to do that. after moving out he stopped returning my calls and messages and i was never reimbursed.
The worst rental company I have ever had the misfortune of using. I drove across the country to my new home expecting it to at the very least be livable. For over $3,400 a month I got, mold, mildew, items left at the house, AND CARPET BEETLES to boot. The home was absolutely filthy. I purchased a dehumidifier for the mold issue months ago and TO THIS DAY have still not be reimbursed. I had to have all of my clothes laundered professionally to ensure there were no bugs in them. Absolutely horrible experience. Intimidated my tenants, did zero repairs and threatened to sue when I was not able to communicate with her during a death in the family. Never did a thing they said they eould expect to collect rent. Stay far away.
