Absolutely horrible experience. Intimidated my tenants, did zero repairs and threatened to sue when I was not able to communicate with her during a death in the family. Never did a thing they said they eould expect to collect rent. Stay far away.
IMT is an excellent company! Mary and her team are professional, hard working and detail oriented. Oftentimes it is hard to find a reputable property management company that is as professional as IMT. They are true fuducaries and treat your property as if they owned it. Something that is rare to find for a management company. If you are looking to have your rental property professionally managed, look no further than IMT. It will be one of the best decisions you make!
