IMT is an excellent company! Mary and her team are professional, hard working and detail oriented. Oftentimes it is hard to find a reputable property management company that is as professional as IMT. They are true fuducaries and treat your property as if they owned it. Something that is rare to find for a management company. If you are looking to have your rental property professionally managed, look no further than IMT. Sure, I'd love to give details. They do not take care of their properties. When you want to end your lease they tell you it is your responsibility to find a replacement tenant. I have had a ceiling leak in my bathroom since October and they have done nothing to remedy this until I said I wanted to leave. Now, they are asking me to find a replacement tenant.
