My boyfriend and I love IMT Lake Mary!! We worked with Nick when moving in and he has been super nice and helpful! Everyone is really friendly and it feels like a kind positive environment! Everything is kept very clean including the hallways, landscape, amenities, etc! Any issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly. It’s been everything we’ve hoped for and more since moving in! Thank you IMT and Nick for taking such great care of us!
Miguel was awesome, really nice place
We had a wonderful experience leasing our apartment at IMT thanks to Miguel! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions and made everything feel so easy and clear. Thanks to him, we truly feel at home. We’re very grateful for his professionalism and warm attitude. Highly recommend working with him!
The process was very smooth and the office staff was very transparent from the beginning! Nicholas was an amazing help and we felt welcome right away!! I would definitely recommend to friends amd family who are looking for a amazing property with excellent amenities.
Update: Elevator is broken down again! Plus there is still dog piss on the exterior steps from when the elevator break down in May. The build is still not secure! They charge an extremely high rent and can’t keep the elevator in building one working. They also fool you with needing a fab to get into the building because the doors don’t close right for weeks without being fixed plus there is a door that is never locked. Kudos to the maintenance team they are nice and always take care of your requests. It’s time to move on!
