I love Stephanie and the staff - the best apartment I've ever lived at!
I lived at IMT Apartments in Lake Mary for 10 months, and my experience was truly wonderful. The community is well-kept, the amenities are great, and the environment always felt safe and welcoming. The maintenance staff gets an A+. My service request was handled as quickly as the office learned about the issue. The maintenance gentlemen were timely, professional, polite and very neat. I was informed about each step and they were completed when promised. I must add that I have had very few maintenance issues in the three years I have lived here. They work hard to keep the property up.
I’ve been living here for almost a year, and I can honestly say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Before moving here, we lived in several other places and they were terrible, with poor maintenance. But here everything is completely different.
