I can’t say enough good things about Miguel Orta! He was absolutely awesome from start to finish—super helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right place. He took the time to answer all my questions, made the whole process feel easy, and was just a great person to work with. You can tell he loves what he does, and it really shows. IMT Maintenance Team has performed very efficiently to any request we have made. We are very pleased with the care and attention given to any concern, (Light bulb replacement ,water filter change out for refrigerator, etc.)
