Picked up keys on 1/18. Started moving a few more things in on 1/25. While waiting on the internet to be set up - I was there in the morning, and there was just simply too much noise. Nonstop loud impact noises. I hardly had a single moment of quiet - I have a disability and truly cannot handle incessant noises like that - had a nervous breakdown because of the ongoing loud booming noise. I've lived here for 4 years, and my experience has been perfect! IMT Lake House is incredible—the apartments, amenities, landscaping, parking, neighborhood, and the staff! All amazing. Jorge, who is on the maintenance team, is a GEM. He is the most genuine guy and goes above and beyond in everything he does. He treats you like family! It is truly such a joy living here.
