2/3 Update: They are deliberately drawing this out and willfully misconstruing the situation. This could have been done and dealt with by now had they engaged sincerely. 1/29 Update: I filed a request for an ADA accommodation and received some pushback - they don't seem to be willing to seriously honor an ADA request. Requested to get out of the lease without penalty. They responded with an offensive offer - and it has become clear to me how I've been defrauded.
