Exceptionally well maintained, quality built complex with more amenities to properly detail, something best experienced by tour and residency. Paola, Jason & the entire office/leasing staff are remarkably pleasant, professional & patient. Not to be that guy, but gotta do it: 10 out of 10. Couldn’t have had a more positive experience from the first visit to moving in.

We absolutely love living at IMT Lake House! The community is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the amenities are amazing. The management and maintenance teams are always friendly, professional, responsive, and helpful whenever we need anything. We’ve had such a positive experience since moving here and truly feel at home. Highly recommend IMT Lake House to anyone looking for a great place to live in Orlando! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been living at IMT Lake House for 6 years,and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff is wonderful, and the do an excellent job maintaining the property. Whenever I need something repaired in my apartment, the maintenance responds quickly and provides excellent service. Thank you for all your hard work and for always taking such great care of the residents and the property!
