IMT Lake House is such a great place to live. The staff and facilities are outstanding. Paola did an amazing job in helping us with a smooth move in experience. So happy we chose IMT Lake House.
I have just moved and had such an easy move in thanks to Paola Soto. She responded to all of my emails very quickly and with detailed information regarding everything I needed to know. The apartment I have signed a lease for is beautiful, and the location is fabulous with everything you could ever want around. Highly recommend IMT Lake House for anyone wanting looking in the Dr. Phillips area!
I moved to the Lakehouse three years ago -- the community is beautiful, clean and well-maintained, and I love the modern design of the apartments. The staff is awesome – shoutout to Jessica, Angelica, and Paola in the front office, and the maintenance team is super responsive, especially Jorge and Javier. Last week after a power outage my AC wasn’t working, and Javier made a special trip to my apartment to fix it at 11pm. Though it was late, he was so friendly and had it fixed within minutes.
