My experience as a new resident has been outstanding. My leasing agent Paola Soto did a magnificent job helping me get on board with the property. My first encounter with maintenance was top notch. My timing was perfect as they had a Spring Social at AMSO right next door. I’m looking forward to my stay here. I highly recommend this property.
Air conditioning stopped working. The same day, they installed two window units to use until the third party repairs could be completed. Within a week, the entire system was replaced.
Very impressed by all the staff and everyone being so welcoming even before I signed my lease. Jessica and Paola were absolute superstars in facets of the process. Definitely feel I will enjoy living here very much. HIGHLY recommend.
Just moved in here 2 weeks ago and the experience has been nothing but amazing. The community has great amenities, everything is well maintained, and the pool area is really nice with a beautiful lake view.
