I’m absolutely in love with my new apartment at IMT Lake House. From the moment I moved in, everything was spotless and perfectly in order. The community is beautiful, always clean, and the common areas are very well maintained, everything feels brand new. It’s truly a gorgeous and well-kept property. The staff deserves a 10/10 for their service. A special thank you to Paola for all her help and for making the entire move-in process so easy. Excellent service all around!
Best place to live in Orlando! I found IMT Lakehouse when I was looking to move to a nicer apartment complex. During my tour Jessica was very friendly and helpful and answered all of the questions I had. The move in process was quick and easy. The property is super clean and well maintained. All of the office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. And on the rare occasion there is an issue it gets solved really fast. This morning I requested maintenance to check my thermostat, which wasn’t working properly. Jorge came quickly, provided excellent service checking the thermostat and ensuring it was set up properly. He was efficient, attentive, and professional, as always. Really appreciate his great work!
