I have lived here 3 years. I no longer have peace of mind with large gatherings on the basketball court only to wake up my car being vandalized. Can't use the gym because its over crowded after the office is closed or the equipment doesn't work. There's folks living here on section 8 and the units are over priced as compared to other locations. Now after other folks have moved out. I see roaches. I've stayed in a few apartments in Arizona, and nothing comes close to the quality provided by IMT DPV. Pros: Price: Extremely reasonable price, for spacious apartments. Laundry services: They work well and have very rarely been out of commission. Maintenance: Top notch. They respond really fast, even during off hours and weekends (for emergency) Surroundings: Quiet and peaceful surroundings. If you hate parties at nights, this is the place for you to be.
