Worked w/ IMT for several yrs, happy with their services. However just found out that now, because of the rise in fuel they will be charging an extra $9 to do service in BC !! Considering fuel went up $.50/gal, $9 fuel surcharge to each customer!! What a rip off! This is NOT a way to treat your customers! We are ALL struggling with the raising prices at this time. YOU, can deduct your fuel expenses as a business cost.
Absolute garbage. Ripped my family off for thousands of dollars and didn't do HALF the work included in the bid. The people that worked for us acted like junkies while they were on our property. This is an unreliable untrustworthy business that needs constant supervision while they are on your property.
We had a great experience with IMT! Our technician made our sprinkler journey much easier than when we were trying to do it ourselves. Very knowledgeable and thorough!
They took a long time trying to figure out why one of my sprinkler zones wouldn’t turn on. The whole process took a month. After a lot of trial and error, they decided to remove a large bush in front of the in-ground sprinkler box and change a valve. Charged me about $350. Ultimately it didn’t solve the problem, so the tech decided to connect the wires of two zones together to get power to the dead zone. That created an obvious low water pressure problem in both zones.
