They took a long time trying to figure out why one of my sprinkler zones wouldn’t turn on. The whole process took a month. After a lot of trial and error, they decided to remove a large bush in front of the in-ground sprinkler box and change a valve. Charged me about $350. This is a long overdue review but I feel like our experience wasn’t fair. At the time we had other things going on in life that didn’t leave us time to really deal with this situation. We chose IMT to take care of our tree due to their good reputation.
