I am writing this review to warn potential tenants about my dreadful experience. While the initial interaction with Shannon was pleasant, the subsequent interactions with Kelly, the property manager, have been nothing short of disastrous. Since moving in, I've encountered numerous maintenance issues, including a mold problem, roaches, and the awful smell. Great place to live, property is well maintained, their rent prices are fair. The office staff Kelly & Shannon are amazing they are always available to speak to and willing to help. The maintenance team Anthony & Santos are attentive and super nice people always willing to help out. Getting your maintenance requests handled never take long, their emergency after hours services are also great. We had an a/c issue at 10:30pm & Anthony came to help us in less than 25 minutes. The staffs are always friendly, and give prompt service even though it was a last minute request. Anthony the maintenance guy went above and beyond to fix all of my problems. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge him with his best service provided and always thank you so much
It’s been almost a month since we moved and we have nothing but good things to say. Quiet community, very clean and organized, easy communication with the office! Shannon and the leasing team were great making the process so easy. We are really happy with our new home! We did have some maintenance work to be done but maintenance team was also great in responding to our request so fast and taking care of everything!
