This place is an amazing place! I have been living here for a year and just renewed my lease. The first time I joined they had set me up with one apartment but it wasn't ready at my due date; however they gave me a better location with the same price and I've been forever happy about it. I get an amazing view of the whole entire city: the mountains, the freeway, all of that type of stuff.
I have lived at Mason in 3 different apartments now; they can’t get rid of me! What keeps me here are the friendly and helpful staff: Bre and Mari at the front desk are always a pleasure as they are both knowledgeable and kind! If you ever have any maintenance issues, Lawra is the go-to woman who always makes sure things get done quickly and properly! All 3 of these ladies are the best and put a smile on my face when I see them!
I live currently in Alameda Station apartments moved from Nebraska and I love it here fireplace, two bath /two bedroom very spacious,clean, up to date apartments the VIEW of the mountains just beautiful and maintenance GUY JOHNATHAN was a great help he was only suppose to fix my heater and fixed my toilet too so they got right on both the problems I had couldn't ask for a better place ro live but I will say getting approved was a messy process and wasn't impressed and that kinda scared me to think well of this is how it is n... read more
Not a safe place to live. So many homeless people break into and access this property on a regular basis, living in whatever hole they can pry open. They break door locks, window screens, crawl through the screens, prop open doors with rocks to regain access. Doors are repaired then immediately broken again. They leave awful messes. If you make a request for something to change in this regard, it falls on deaf ears. Managers do not care enough to implement appropriate security measures. They rightfully took "luxury" out of their advertising materials this year. As someone who has lived in luxury buildings for most of their adult life, this place is faaaaaar from luxury. I like the actual apartment. The layout is nice and I have a decent view. The cabinet, appliances, and flooring are cheap. The location is really convenient if you are OK being next to a loud cement factory, honking RTD trains, and even louder freight trains.
