Been living here 7 months now shittiest place in denver stay away all appliances broken , they did not verify anything before I moved in Washing machine broken , dryer broken , microwave broken raise a service request and they don't respond , do not come to live here, I could give 0 stars if that was possible
I wish I had seen this review before moving in. I’ve only been at this place one day and what a horrible experience. I choose this place mainly for location and apartment size and so far I regret it. Some reviews mentioned the elevators being down from 7 months back and I had to find that out the hard way while moving. Our move-in experience has been incredibly disappointing because of poor communication and a complete lack of accountability. We aren’t living at Mason but we took a tour with Isai, and he was a great guide — friendly and helpful, and gave a very good impression of the complex. We liked the large apartments and walk-in closets too!
