There are better apartments and worse apartments in Denver. I lived here for 2.5 years. Wouldn't live there again but I've heard of far worse places. Pros: - the employees at the office and the handymen are super friendly and helpful! - the location and the price (I thought) - the management office hosts fun parties for residents! The cons: - it's a greystar community - Greystar is extremely cheap for repairing the building or apartments and they don't care about their employees or their residents much.
