I found something quite unprofessional during my experience to book an appointment. When I called and was waiting to be answered, the receptionist asked me to hold without even waiting for my response before moving to another line. This is especially concerning in a medical office.
My husband seen the FNP, Santamaria and we were pleased with her services. She was Great!! But the front desk is not rude neither to great either. I will give Irma Santamaria, FNP 5 stars but the front staff gets 2.5 stars.
