I found something quite unprofessional during my experience to book an appointment. When I called and was waiting to be answered, the receptionist asked me to hold without even waiting for my response before moving to another line. This is especially concerning in a medical office.

I been coming here for 10+ years seeing Lila, I have no issues besides the phones being busy. Lila is one of the few doctors, that I've gotten along with. She knows my history so well & helps me every issue I've had. My new insurance doesn't accept IMS so gonna miss coming here.
Les a half stat for this clinic, the servers are socks. Is why until this moment they have two stars, but actually for me a lot.
It is regrettable that I cannot give this office less than one star. Their operations are highly unprofessional and they should not be in business or interacting with the public. It is unacceptable to be placed on hold for 20 minutes, only to be disconnected. They lack understanding of the terms "emergency," "mercy," and "elderly." This is the worst experience I have encountered in 22 years.
