My husband seen the FNP, SantaMaria and we were pleased with her services. She was Great!! But the office staff does not call you back. However, there was an issue in the process of getting his medication. He was told that his high blood pressure medication was sent to the pharmacy that day by the Medical Assistant. The next day and 4 calls to the pharmacy and 3 calls to the office, the pharmacy finally received his RX later in the afternoon. This is someone's life, and all the calls were not necessary. I been coming here for 10+ years seeing Lila, I have no issues besides the phones being busy. Lila is one of the few doctors, that I've gotten along with. She knows my history so well & helps me every issue I've had. My new insurance doesn't accept IMS so gonna miss coming here.
Les a half stat for this clinic, the servers are socks. Is why until this moment they have two stars, but actually for me a lot.
It is regrettable that I cannot give this office less than one star. Their operations are highly unprofessional and they should not be in business or interacting with the public. It is unacceptable to be placed on hold for 20 minutes, only to be disconnected. They lack understanding of the terms "emergency," "mercy," and "elderly." This is the worst experience I have encountered in 22 years.
It is with great sadness and disbelief that not once but twice the same person in the front desk, Tess and Krystal has tried to deny my mother who is elderly with extensive brain damage from a car accident and has Alzheimer and dementia, and multiple disabilities has continuously tried to deny her appointments 10 minutes before her appointment and Who continuously bullying and putting fear to make a payment or your family member can’t be seen for a bill That I have no knowledge of that they tell me is from 2016 or 17 that to... read more
