My husband seen the FNP, Santamaria and we were pleased with her services. She was Great!! But the front desk is not rude neither to great either. In addition, there is only one front desk girl that is professional and kind to patients, the rest of the front desk are not. I will give Irma Santamaria, FNP 5 stars but the front staff gets 2.5 stars.

My husband seen the FNP, SantaMaria and we were pleased with her services. She was Great!! But the office staff does not call you back. However, there was an issue in the process of getting his medication. He was told that his high blood pressure medication was sent to the pharmacy that day by the Medical Assistant. The next day and 4 calls to the pharmacy and 3 calls to the office, the pharmacy finally received his RX later in the afternoon. This is someone's life, and all the calls were not necessary.
