iMS is horrible their back off staff. Does not do their job. If you haven’t worked in the medical field then you wouldn’t know. This doctor prescribed knee injections. The next day we called and stated our insurance doesn’t cover it and only gave cash option. Me knowing that this is incorrect called the insurance. Was told the office never submitted prior Auth and the medication is non preferred and they gave me the preferred medication.
