I was referred to Dr. Abujubara by my PCP. The doc is very respectful and seems genuinely invested in helping. However, his staff is incredibly rude, arrogant and exceedingly unpleasant to deal with. I can't in good conscience place all of the fault on Dr. AJ for the extremely disrespectful manor in which his staff chose to treat me, but it has happened repeatedly and has been bad enough that I'm already looking for a new neuro specialist. I was told by the assistant over the phone specifically that this doctor is unqualified to treat or diagnose anything besides Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, stroke, or brain damage. If you have any problems other than those, they will shut you down and refuse to answer any questions or give any further advice or recommendations. I was given a referral from my PCP for this neurologist to rule out any neurological reason for my symptoms, but they refused to do that too and hung up on me when I asked them to explain the reasons behind ... read more
Dr. Islam Abujubara and his staff are very helpful and courteous
I got an MRI here a month ago and I've yet to hear the results. Cannot get anyone to return my messages.
