Finally got hold of someone in the office! Have left 4 messages over a 1 week period, their answer, I’m sorry we’re behind. This is a doctors office!!!!! Not one call returned and told now I need an appointment in order to get prescriptions refilled, yet no one called. I like my doctor, but his office is very poorly managed. Not a good experience and not sure they have any adults working for them. D
David might be the only good doctor in here, everyone else is rude and makes you feel pressured to hurry up, in reality nobody cares about you in this building.
Staff is rude, physicians don't care and nothing is ever on time. Thanks for nothing.
Chelsea Greenwood, FNP is professional and really listens, and the team at IMS is great with quick responses through the patient portal. I feel taken seriously and am happy to have a PCP that I trust.
