It’s been almost 2 months. I bought car from them and they still haven’t issued the title no response for the phone calls. The manager who sold my car just blocked me on the messenger. Last week I tried to go to the offices, but they were closed. I’m not sure either they’re out of business or what
DONT NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY WILL NOT FIX A PROBLEM, bought the car maybe a year or 2 now and it’s got the same problem when I first got it was about the hood latch, they had taken the MAIN LATCH OFF so I can use the hood, they didn’t even fix the problem they just made a situation that’ll be a bigger problem in the future. My sales guy was Kemon! He was amazing, open, upfront and transparent which is rare nowadays when it comes to buying a car. They will work with you on “everything”! If I can get approved anyone can! I noticed a few issues with the Jeep I bought, I was nervous for what response I would get when mentioning it AFTER I took the car home and they told me bring it up they will fix whatever it is no charge!
