Have had really bad experience in this office as mentioned by many patrons .Bad experiences in multiple instances made me move out . 1. You will be scheduled for appointments when just a blood work appointment is needed . 2. You will have minimum 20 minute wait time in office and even more if it is online appointment. 3. You will be made to wait 20-30 minutes but the actual visit time will only be 2-5 minutes . I felt very unhappy when the provider once attended another phone call while he was consulting me online . I've seen Dr. Syed twice. Very positive experiences. He was kind and soft spoken. Very thorough. I will continue to see him.
I am a patient of Dr. Syed and on my last visit I was taken aback by the way he treated me. He has no bedside manner and he doesn’t listen. I told him I couldn’t eat and I was losing weight fast. He sad I will do bloodwork and sent me on my way.
