First time pole dancing in Florida, could not recommend a studio more. The environment was so welcoming and inviting, the other girls were so warm and helpful. Sarah was so so helpful, understanding, and non judgmental. She was willing to show me a certain move however many times I needed. I would fly back just for her class. Thank you Sarah!!

We had the best time at Impulse! We decided to do a group class for my bachelorette trip to St.Pete and it was the best time we’ve ever had.. AJ was so welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive! She was so great at instructing and making everyone feel included, as well as being such a talented and professional pole instructor! Would come back every weekend if I could❤️🫶🏻

Jojo is such a fun, engaging and helpful teacher. definitely recommend to any friend or family member looking for a light hearted, fun and friendly teacher to help improve whatever skills you want pole wise. super clean and well kept studio!

10/10 experience! Very beginner friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted to try something new :)
