I'm a beginner This is the only studio I have found that meets you where you are. I'm learning fundamentals and getting stronger in every class.

First class was absolutely exhilarating. Ruby was kind and fierce! Cannot wait to go again. Also first class was still a workout!

Our bachelorette group had so much fun at Impulse! We did the 90 min Slay Queen session. The booking process was simple with quick communications. It was the first time for a lot of the girls and Jessa made the whole experience exciting and memorable! The routine she created was beginner friendly and we all have such a great time! And she made the bride to-be feel very special! Thanks again! ❤️❤️

I've been taking classes with Ruby, and she's a phenomenal instructor. She is patient, and is able to break down the steps for beginning students (like me!), as well as increasing the difficulty for students who are a little more advanced. Super nice, very approachable, just an excellent teacher. If you've been thinking about taking a pole class, you will love it!!!!
