On January 6th 2014, Ms. Kenzie Mosher, co-owner of Impulse Dance Academy, informed the clients at the Sioux Rapids "dance studio" that a construction project had commenced of which the studio's entrance and exit was moved to the south side of the building of which is in the direct path to a active and used 1000 gallon propane tank.
