I love feels like silk and Elasta QP so I ordered all that they had. I am not sure who I spoke with but she was very helpful and took my order over the phone because the web was down. I got the order the bottles were opened.. it spilled and was all over everything. I sent a message and a video. They acknowledged the problem and was nice enough to apologize. THAT'S IT!!!! I paid for shipping. At the least I should be reimbursed because shipping was horrible. Then what about the loss of product? I'm out of product and ship... read more
