I ordered a 20x9 Vossen wheel from Impulse Automotive over the phone. I asked for a tracking number so that I could see when it would have shipped and when it would be arriving. The lady on the phone said she would call me with the tracking number. A week later I called back to get a tracking number and the lady on the phone said the wheel had not been ordered.
