Really bad. Claimed to know how to install laminate floors but didn't follow instructions on the box. When the floors buckled they blamed me without giving any evidence that it was my fault. I had to pay someone else to fix their bad work. Dry wall work was poor but I was able to fix it even though I'm not a "pro" but I managed to keep the project on schedule. Stay away, stay far far away.

Great guys even though they go through their own struggles just like everyone else. At the end of the day the work is always done with no questions asked but is everything done correctly to the customer Samuel Payne says that Improvement Pros Contracting is a great place to have a job and I do great work.
