New venue doesn’t allow you to see the stage from the back half on the room. Service is terrible with food runners and drink runners that keep auctioning off incorrect orders meant for neighboring tables. By the time you get your first drink, it’s last call. “Security” is overly aggressive. If you recall Hurricanes in HB back in the day of the bouncers that used to pick fights.. this is the same vibe. I hope improv goes back to the vibe of the old venue. They clearly have growing pains to work our currently.
