Our business always has a good experience with online orders. The process is easy and understandable. They give you the visual of what your product will look like. They have options for express delivery and production and we receive emails for each part: the creation, production and delivery of our products. We also receive discounts that can't be beat even by local companies.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER BRING OUT OF STOCK??? I called the evening of Sept 20, 2019 because the order had not arrived as promised. Definitely love the bands I received.
Do not choose Standard Shipping! Although it says 3 days production, 5 days shipping, it took three weeks for my order to arrive. When contacted, I was told that they do not guarantee shipping when you choose standard.
Your ordering process was easy and fast. The only bad thing was the sample had a larger print on it the actual product. The words City Council was smaller than depicted on the blue banner space on the bottom. They must match exactly. I give it 4 stars.
