Extremely poor quality. I had spoken with a customer service representative to ensure the quality of my order, which gave me confidence. My buttons arrived with the plastic covering falling off of almost every one. I contacted customer service several times only to be ignored. Do NOT order from this company.
My order of 750 coasters was extremely poor quality, and not usable. There were multiple issues with the product i received, but the biggest one is that the information in the ordering process, on the proof i approved, and on my invoice does not match the product i received. Other issues included dirty coasters, coasters with ripped edges, and misaligned printing, and overall a blurry print. The customer service is extremely bad. Re; Printed coasters in four days Excellent customer service. The staff at Imprint.com was fast, the price was very reasonable considering my request, they picked up the phone each time I had a question (that NEVER happens any more), and even shipped my order a day early! We love the card wallet for phones and the kazoo's are great. the quality of the fabric for the lanyards looks very inexpensive.
They handled the whole order from start to finish like pros. They answered my questions and helped me find the perfect solution for what I was looking for. I will definitely be back!!
I was very happy with the ordering process and the shipping time. Within a week of my order arriving, the lanyards began to break--10 out of 50 so far. I submitted a claim one day too late to receive a refund or replacement (I submitted the claim on the 8th day rather than the 7th). They have, unfortunately, been difficult to work with on coming to a resolution.
The lanyards are AMAZING! Great quality! Shipping was super quick! Overall loving the product!
My cups looked perfect and they arrived sooner than expected! Designing and ordering them was very easy.
