Wait times when you call are horrendous. Don't call you back. Do not issue refunds in a timely manner. Do not file insurance. Expect seniors and those on a fixed income to pay their hight prices out of pocket. Hope I have enough drops so that I don't have to deal with this company again.

They don't answer their phones. The don't call you back when you do the option for a call back. They don't inform you when there is an issue with your order.

Reducing topical meds after cataract surgery can reduce postoperative dry eye and corneal desiccation. Properly compounded meds can be effective in compliance.

Updated info: The company contacted very quickly after the review. They sent me another bottle which worked much better. Original post: I have a 3 in 1 eye drop that is next to impossible to use. I find that no matter how I tilt the bottle, I get no drops or 5 drops. I'm going back to 3 separate bottles as this is causing unnecessary stress.
