Nima guided us like a teacher through an unexpected house expense to make an impactful decision for our home for years ahead. The staff came into our home and rolled out the blue carpets. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home.
I had Impressions Home Solutions in today and must say I was so impressed with the excellent service from customer service to the technician Steve who came here to service my furnace and fireplace. Not only was he so knowledgable, experienced, informative and keeping me in the loop of what he was doing, he was very personable and patient with any questions I had. Impressions has been my go to for the last 3 years and definitely recommend this company.
Nima and his crew were amazing both times we have used them. They fit us in so quickly for our new AC unit and for our water filtration system. They were professional, quick, and so friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Will be using them in the future for sure!
