The owner has an attitude problem. – I had an appointment with the owner of this salon Ashley several years ago and was really put off by her condescending, nasty attitude. It was as if she was doing me a huge favor by allowing me to sit in her chair! One comment she made that springs to mind was, "while you have a lot of hair, it's *very* thin". Wonderful Salon – I recently moved to the Raleigh area about 6 months ago and at first had a hard time finding a regular place to go to. After being recommended to Melody or Holly I soon made an appointment. Let me tell you I have never been happier to have found a wonderful salon to go to after going to the same stylist back in New Jersey for 25 years. I am thrilled to have a place to get my haircut ,and the ladies are so sweet to me.

Impressions left me impressed! – As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly faces. They offered me something to drink and answered all my questions. Even though it was during their color special they went out of their way to fit me in and the service was GREAT, I loved my hair! The atmosphere was friendly and professional, I will definitely be going back and will recommend the salon to all my friends.

great customer service – I had recently colored my own hair, which was a huge mistake, as my hair turned this horrible green color. I was in a panic and was recommened to Impressions Salon. I called and explained my problem and they were very thorough in asking questions and telling me the possible process in which I would have to go through. Quality good- service not – I had an appointment scheduled way in advance and when I got there I wasn't in the computer. Thank goodness I had it written down on the appointment card or they would not have believed me. Because my appointment was going to take 2 hours, I made arrangements to leave work early at 3:00. I was leaving on vacation in 2 days and the owner apologized and said it would be FREE because of my inconvenience. Great Stylist – I've been going to Impressions for a year and a half now and have enjoyed it thoroughly. I have had the same girl doing my cut and color since I've been going, and she is absolutely wonderful!! I love this salon and am glad to see that there is a citysearch for it now so I can praise it! If you want your hair done CORRECTLY and by such a warm, kind person go see Caitlin!
