There's been a pattern of poor communication, zero accountability, and unfriendly service. They act like customers need them, not the other way around. After two years of giving them my business (and even driving out of my way), today was the final straw. I asked for a refund and left with no service and a wasted Saturday morning. I won’t be back.

Walked in at 12:30pm No appointment She washed, conditioned, & blow dryed my hair Small rope twist Very reasonable price 8pm was out the door (I have very dense hair)
DONT GO HERE! I kept telling the braider it was too tight and she proceeded and said it looks great meanwhile this is how I left her shop. No professional should ever feel comfortable with someone’s hair being stretched to the point it’s coming out and their head being red. When I mentioned it to the owner she said “put some oil on it”
10/10 very friendly, love the diversity in here, communication well make sure you are comfortable from begging to end. Always making sure I am okay with the size and length. I love my hair
