Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was disappointing from start to finish. It’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve gotten my hair braided and I want to share my experience. I had a 9:00 AM appointment for boho knotless braids. I arrived on time however the braiders didn’t start arriving until 9:05 AM and didn’t open the salon doors until 9:07 AM. This is my go to spot when I need a hairstyle executed right with little time. When I arrive I rarely wait more than 15 mins, the style is verified, and they get right to work. The owner is a pleasure to work with just be clear about what you want. Most styles dont take long unless its knotless or boho and a long length. Give them a try ....

Although I liked how the hair came out, I was up charged when I arrived. There was no pricing transparency in the initial texts. I felt scammed and I chose not to come back. The social media owner then decided to attempt to bully me online. I do not let people with a nasty spirit play in my hair. It was the sudden uncharge that deterred me from coming back before, now it’s their unprofessional behavior online. Luckily, I know how to do my own hair.
