Haircut was good, but it was pretty obvious Nikki was over it/me. She only spoke to me when asked a question. If you make new clients feel unwelcome and uncomfortable they won't come back, just like I'm going to do. I'll find another salon where they are happy to have customers.
Welcome to your first one-star review from a potential new customer you lost because the entrance was locked when you were supposed to be open. Your website, your phone recording and Google maps say you're open until 6 p.m. I went out of my way to purchase Aveda products. There were two cars in the parking lot at 4:45 p.m., but the door was locked.
Everyone who truly knows me knows that I have haircut trauma. I've never had a haircut in my life where I've gone alone. My long hair took at least 15 minutes to brush, sometimes 30 minutes. I would throw it up in a bun daily. I didn't want to deal with it, but I couldn't bear the thought of cutting it short. I knew it was time, though. It had been at least 12 years.
