Unfortunately, my experience with Janek took a disappointing turn. I have been going to her for the past six months and have had my nails done about six times. Up until now, I was satisfied, which is why this recent experience was so frustrating. I recently switched to Impression from another location. My nails and toes have never looked better! The location is clean, staff is so nice! Pricing is a bit higher, but it’s absolutely worth every penny!

Got a pedicure on Friday, the lady cut the side of my big toe so bad digging. Wouldn't stop bleeding and burned like hell. Well 3 days later im at urgent care with an infected toe and a 200 dollar bill. I told her she was hurting me before she ripped the skin but told me it was fine and kept going.

Love them! I’ve been coming here for years! Diane is a very nice lady. She does an amazing job on nails. She so sweet and checks in with you a lot and makes sure everything is what you want! Never had a bad nail day with her! Love her!
