Professional, efficient, friendly...
Everyone Here is polite & professional. My Dad had a CT Scan appointment at 10am .We were out the door on the way home at 10:24 😁✌️
Services are fine. However, they did not provide valid imaging for my doctor and it had to be redone a couple of times. Also, it's difficult to get thru by phone which is very frustrating.
They answer the call and then put you on hold. Called back repeatedly, but couldn’t get a human to answer the call regarding an appointment. Meanwhile, you get to listen to Dr. Michael Fagan the proud owners voiceover. How about spending some money, hiring more staff so they can answer the call so patients can be seen?
They are very good at putting people on hold, not so much taking care of patients.
