After waiting for 1,5 hour, I told the tech that I needed to meditate/focus to get into the MRI machine without freaking out. I did the same test 3 months ago with another tech who was awesome. This time (November), the guy had another tech who did my IV. Even though I said I need to focus, they started talking about football. I was shaking because the room was too cold and I was trying to focus to do the MRI and they never tried to calm me down, on the contrary, never shut up about football. Recently, I underwent several scans and an MRI, performed at Impression Imaging. All the members of the staff were totally professional, courteous and efficient in how they handled my doctor’s orders. They reported my results promptly and provided me with copies of reports as I requested.
Worst place ever! Everything from their scheduling experience to their management is beyond unprofessional! Had an appointment for an exam today and got a call yesterday stating that my test was canceled and to call them, keep in mind that this is already the second time that my test has been needed to be rescheduled in a month. So I call them and they tell me it's because there's no authorization from my insurance, how is that possible?! Poor service and planning. Drove 30 min to get here, charged, then told that the prescription was not completely filled out (even though I sent it to them a week before). Lost my business. Make sure you double check before driving in.
