We have been here for almost a year and have been dealing with major issues from poor workmanship from day one We first noticed a few leaking windows and water damage on a few window sills. The sills were replaced and they sent a window repair company here with superglue and paint to “fix” the cracked window frames that leaked. Horrible experience, by far the worst buying process (this is our 3rd house that we have purchased). We’ve had issue after issue in addition to being lied to with false advertising (they advertise a larger square footage than it actually is but you only find that out after you have paid $6k in earnest money and $400 for an inspector). Several “warranty” issues that have not been taken care of and we have been in the home for 5 months. I implore you to shop elsewhere and I wish someone had told me to shop anywhere else.

WE LOST DEPOSIT MONEY $2,000.00. I wanna say this is Depression Home not Impression home. We paid $2,000.00 for earnest money but house ended up very disappointed awful finish and actually it wasn't even completely finished on closing day. We couldn't buy it like that. Impression Home doesn't have any customer satisfaction care. I even went to corporate office and explained everything. They saying sorry but they still want my $2,000.00.
