STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! There has been nothing but issues with my home. I love the layout of my home but they will not come fix anything, no matter how much toy send in a ticket or reach out to Adam, it won't get fixed. So make sure you have thousands of dollars to fix what they won't. A stone was broken and caused a leak in my sons room, it has now turned to mold and they still have not fixed it. Really a mixed bag. The home layout is very nice. The people are nice and personable. The overall home is good. They are super nice and responsive before you close. Then the struggle begins. We have a window that had a water leak through somewhere when it rained with a heavy wind from a particular direction. The trim board warped and had to be replaced. Come buy a house in Waterscape from Eric today! You'll be just as satisfied as my wife and I are right now. Eric was a great help to my wife and I as we underwent the process of purchasing our first home. He was transparent and helpful in navigating the contract process and never made us feel pressured to accept anything we were not comfortable with. Builder drags their feet when doing warranty work and will ignore request, maybe the request wasn't covered by warranty but they won't bother communicating that to you. You will be sending emails, then emails asking for an update over and over again before getting a response. On some issues they will act like they will be fixed, only to drag their feet for a couple of YEARS and then change their mind. I always say get it all in writing but with this builder even if you do they still will ignore you and fail to fix it. They a... read more
