Darien Shelton did a fantastic job helping my parents make the move to Redden Farms. His professionalism was evident throughout the process of purchasing the home and was available to answer questions any time. Although there were a few items that needed to be addressed at walk through, he made sure these items were corrected prior to move in. Like my house and neighbors. HOA and Developer not so much. Lot of finger pointing as to who is responsible for what. Takes an extremely long time ( weeks to months) to get repairs done in common areas. Developer wouldn't mow vacant lots and fields until a notice was posted by the city. And, by then, weeds were waist high and higher. Also, can't get simple answers to questions about plans for our neighborhood from HOA or Developer. Helped purchase a home for my mother and the overall experience was lacking for what the price is, in other words, the price is lacking in value. It seems to be a nice community for an elderly person but the quality for even Tract Built homes is underwhelming. We listed items to be corrected at our final walk-thru and they fixed most of them but the workers came in the house after the final cleaning and did not take off there shoes nor did they wear shoe covers and tracked dirt/mud into the shower and we may have some mud st... read more
