Hey txkid, if that’s all you have to complain about you need to get a life. Trees die all the time there’s never a guarantee even if they’re alive when they’re putting the ground. What’s so hard about spending $75 in putting trees in? How about a substantial review with facts about the property and the house
When my wife and I went to buy our Impression Home in Sanger, they would not sell us the house for what it was listed on MLS for. The house had been under contract for the amount listed on the MLS and when the contract fell thru we said, immediately, that we would take the house.. At that time Impression bumped the price by over $19,000 dollars despite the fact that the MLS showed the original price... we argued but they would not honor the MLS price... we negotiated a price and then they committed in writing to pay for th... read more
