After going through the whole home buying process from contract till closure which took around 3 to 4 months and after living in the house for a month, I would say - Don’t buy any impression home. Forget about quality, delayed timelines, switched components, bare bone basic build.. pretty much every builder is facing these issues.. but what stands-out at impression homes is their unimpressive customer service which is non-existent. Sometimes I felt like I was dealing with a ghost. They are stone dumb and deaf. Stay away.

We had a truly EXCELLENT experience with Impression Homes and their sales person Vickie Braddock. Vickie was and continues to be very helpful and responsive. In addition, our home construction all went well and we are very happy with the quality of the home. I know this may sound contrived, but it isn't. Thank you Vickie Braddock!!!!

My husband and I went to look at the model home today in Morningstar and the sales lady would not let look because she said someone else was already looking at it. Since when was only one person at a time allowed in a model home to look? It couldn’t be because she was worried about COVID because she didn’t even have a mask on and we did. She asked us to come back later. Oh well their loss. From what we did see in the front room it was cheap and poorly constructed anyways.

Very pleased with my Impression home. I will say that we went through the whole winter storm (February 2021) and had minimal issue. While people across the metroplex were experiencing pricey and extensive issues, we had no busted pipes, and our electric and gas bills were pretty reasonable, all things considered. Overall, great value for a home that we are proud of.

We currently live in Morningstar, there is a new home being built next to us. We have repeatedly asked Impressions to please clean up the mess they make. We have a ton of trash on our lawn such as empty food containers, beer cans, rocks, wood and much more! Nothing is being done and it stays dirty for weeks!! We have talked to Vicky and Carol Frisina they both have been unprofessional and rude, both seemed bothered when we asked to have this issue resolved. Carol even had the nerve to curse at my husband over the phone.
