I have purchased a Bursey Place townhouse from Impression Homes, and my closing will take place next month. I have worked with Vincent Guerra. Vincent has been so helpful and knowledgeable so far in the process. We had looked at numerous builders, floor plans and communities before meeting with Vincent and choosing Impression Homes. He was patient and accommodating of our schedule and answered all of our questions honestly. We look forward to our closing date on our new home in Marine Creek Ranch!
