I recently closed on a new-build at Bryant Farms in Melissa, and the entire experience with Impression Homes was phenomenal. If you are looking for a beautiful, solid, and high-quality build, this community should be at the top of your list. You know you have to give the credit when it's due. Viviana is the senior sales representative, and Stephen is the head foreman that overseas the constructions. These two people, are two of the most sincere, honest, and caring individuals. Almost unheard of when you deal with 'sales' of any sort. On top of that you get the most bang for your buck with impression homes , IMO. We had a great experience with our home. I highly recommend them without any reservations!
House are cheaply made, there’s a lot of flies outside and on the trash cans with maggots even with the lids close and HOA will literally drive everyday and send you warnings for the stupidest things. Like having boxes outside from Amazon not even two days outside even if your traveling and are not home. Weeds that grow naturally within a few days need to be cut by the second. Basketball courts for kids outside need to be put away. Which makes no sense if kids play outside everyday especially on summer days. So yeah if you w... read more

We had an amazing experience with our construction manager, Stephen. From the moment we had our home inspected, he was incredibly helpful in making sure all of our items were completed with great attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with him, and we really appreciate his dedication and love for his work.
