Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. They never made things right, despite their replies to unhappy customers reviews. Over 2 years of wearing plastic in my mouth and still not happy with the result. The stress this company has caused me, and probably many other patients is too infuriating for words. Please, save yourself the money and do not go here. Ups lost my package and when I called impress, they told there was nothing they could do for me. Then when I asked if I could get another set of trays since I only had 4 left, they never responded! The people on the app tell you they will get back to you but never do. This is just a scam and money grab operation. DO NOT GO HERE. this company does not care about quality care. They only care about profit. Stay away people!
I was both an employee and a patient at Impress, so I had a front-row seat to how things really operated. Unfortunately, it was disappointing from start to finish. TL;DR: Avoid Impress. 1. Their aligner tech is ineffective. I am on my 4th refine kit and my tooth gaps still not able to be closed 2. Insanely long wait times. It took months to receive aligners, and getting someone really cares and answers your questions through the app is nearly impossible. My bite is absolutely messed up, saw two other orthodontists for opinions and both said the bite is dysfunctional. Don’t trust them!
