2025 0 star. Go somewhere else! I came back very confident for my other kid (see 2021 review). Worse experience ever. 0 communication (not even answering calls or calling back, emails or chat not working either!!!). Ttt had to go backwards for many weeks because of poor checking by Dr. I'm still waiting for the retainers but have no way of getting in touch with them about it. UPDATE: I reached out to the email they commented with and of course never heard back This is an incredibly deceptive and incompetent business. It would be comical how many issues have happened, if it hasn’t been so frustrating. I have now been waiting for my second set of aligner trays for 6 months. The entire duration of my alignment program was supposed to be 6 months. Whenever I call (every week) I get a promise to “follow up” on the status of the trays and “escalate” the situation, and report back within 24 hours. Nobod... read more
I started my aligner treatment with Smile2Impress (formerly Uniform Teeth), and while the first four weeks went well, things quickly fell apart. After their app changed due to rebranding, my account was lost, and it took four weeks to fix. Then, they mistakenly linked my data to another account, and when trying to correct it, they deleted everything—including my progress. This company used to be known as Uniform Teeth, at which time they provided excellent customer service and attention to care. Since merging (or being bought out) by Impress, quality care has gone way down. The first round I had back in 2021 was excellent. I decided to do another round in 2024 after getting lazy with my retainer, and was planned out for a 4 month treatment plan, but... 1) the aligners took 8 weeks to be made and delivered, despite me calling virtually everyday to check status, as it was promised after 4 weeks... read more
