I have been trying for 2 months to get in touch over email and phone. They have stopped replying to emails, and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. It automatically hangs up once you select a number. I paid $5K right before the pandemic to do aligners. Because of covid, I never did more than the first month. Im trying to get the brackets removed. No one can help me. This is completely unacceptable. AVOID at all costs.
A very bad experience. Treatment took twice as long and was a real problem getting liners and scans due to disorganized office staff with poor communication. The dentist rushed dental services and the final results were not what I was originally told was possible when I was sold a treatment plan to straighten my teeth. I would avoid this company and go elsewhere. This facility is a scam. They made me pay $3500 on top of what my insurance covers and the treatment plan that was discussed includes Invisalign and braces. Come time when my braces were off, they asked me for more money before they send me my Invisalign . I felt harassed with non stop calls and e-mails. They keep telling me they never received a check from my insurance and forced me to pay them but my insurance claim documents are clear that they received check for payment. Do not waste your money, time and sanitywith this company. This has been one of the worst services I have everseen. They owe me $1.750 that they keep saying they wil pay back but it has been 5 months and I haven't received it. I signed up more than a year ago for their treatment and so many things have gone wrong. 1) I have dental insurance that covers 50% of the treatment.
