Impress never paid back my insurance reimbursement, despite countless attempts to contact customer service and even after speaking to Dr. A directly. They were completely unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs - they will scam you and ignore you.

From start to finish, Dr. A made the process stress-free and gave me full confidence at every step. His attention to detail and care are unmatched, and I couldn’t be happier with my results.
