Bryan and Chris got my entire engine replaced in my m2 competition under warranty (saved me over 30k), and then went above and beyond even that by including the break in service as well once I put the miles on her. There's no other shop i would even consider after this experience.

We took our BMW here for a diagnostic. Our experience with Impowered Performace was wonderful. We consulted with Chris the entire time. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He was never pushing us to spend any money and always told us it was our decision. I cannot explain how incredibly satisfied I am with IMpowered. I want to highlight their honesty, expertise, fair pricing, and clear communication. The staff gave me A+ customer service. I brought my car in for some routine maintenance as well as a small mechanical issue, which they addressed during the diagnostic. They gave me detailed explanations of repair and service, and went above-and-beyond to have my car ready within the same day. They have become my go to mechanic for my BMW.

I purchased a 2015 528i BMW. It began started leaking oil. I took it to the dealership. They quoted me a ridiculous price along with various repairs that needed to be done. I sought to find a shop that can repair my vehicle that was reasonable. I visited several shops with different diagnosis.
