FYI: The review below was for the previous owner (Mike), I have not yet been back to the current owners shop. I have taken my Passat here several times and have always received good service and a fair price. The owner will even discuss DIY repairs if you want to make some of the repairs yourself. I don't mind doing most things that do not require special tools or are beyond my ability, and he is cool with that as a fellow enthusiast.
