They did a great job with my battery replacement and reprogram. Kept me up to date on status.
VW Jetta, routine services and several repairs were made. Excellent service and communication. Very reasonable wait time for the repairs needs. I really like the email process for recommendations and payment. Great first time experience and glad to finally have a shop I feel like I can trust!

I cannot recommend ImportMasters based on my recent experience with them. A friend of mine spent $1,600 on repairs and services that were unnecessary. Afterward, she took her vehicle to a dealership for a second opinion, where they quoted $800 for the needed repairs. However, the dealership had to undo and redo work that ImportMasters performed, which added another $600 to the total cost.
