I have lived in Pullman for 18 years, and have always gone to ICS for my repairs. They are supreme in terms of competence, integrity, and cost. In all those years in Pullman, I have NEVER heard anything about ICS that was not positive. Carl and Marie and their mechanics are the creme de la creme!
If there were a 6th star I would give it Marie and Carl. My daughter's in college and her car had some issues. I called Marie and she scheduled an appointment immediately. Carl found the issue and discussed it with me prior to any work being done. Great peace of mind as a dad knowing your daughter is in good hands while away in college. Thanks Marie and Carl
