Mr. Ken was exceptionally fast with his labor and called me with periodic updates. The little things that go into his work ethic are what make his shop so valued. He replaced bolts that I didn't know were missing, just to make sure my vehicle was safe on the road, on top of tackling what I brought it in for. Excellent service and makes you feel like family. I will definitely be back and bring him more service.

happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks.
I have been taking my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 here for the past 2 years and the cost for service has much less than the dealership. My husband and i have been very satisfied with all the work that has been done up to date. i'm glad i found a local garage to take my car for repairs. thanks!
just wan to stop and say how thankful i am for the transmission repair on my Audi A8. to make the story short my 2005 A8 started experiencing horrible acceleration, when i hit the gas it would suffer to take off, i would have to rev up hard to get it going. there were all kinds of lights on my dash and was told by audi place in plano i need a need trans?? not satisfied i need a second opinion, i search around and found ken, he check the car out for me and told me that the converter was causing the transmission to lag and tha... read more
